Warranty Information
ExceedSound guarantees to buyers that the products listed in this warranty card have good performance and complete parts, and provides free warranty service. The warranty terms are as follows:
- Ifquality failure occurred to the product during the warranty period stated on the card from the date of purchase, and the company’s technical staff confirms that the failure occurred under normal use, free warranty service will be provided, and all replaced parts will belong to our company.
- Under the following circumstances, ExceedSoundwill refuse to provide free warranty services, but maintenance services and relevant parts and labor fees will be charged as appropriate:
- The product has been damaged due to improper operation, negligent use or force majeure;
- The product has been repaired without authorization fromExceedSound;
- The product does not operate according to the userinstructions provided by ExceedSound;
- The original warranty card cannot be provided, or the purchase date exceeds the warranty period.
- ExceedSoundwill refuse to provide maintenance services under the following circumstances:
- The original warranty card cannot be provided or the content recorded on the product warranty card is inconsistent with the product;
- The contents of the warranty card and product label have been altered, or are blurred and cannot be read.
- The free services provided by this warranty card do not include product accessoriesand decorations.
- Warranty service does not include transportation costs
- ExceedSound’s limited warranty does not apply to ExceedSound’s software products, please refer to the relevant software license agreement for any warranty applicable to such products.
- For products sold by ExceedSound dealers, they may have different warranty policies. Please contact the dealer directly to obtain warranty information.
