Are you a factory?
Yes, we started producing microphones in 2009 and now have 15 years of R&D and manufacturing experience.
How many production lines does your factory have? How many workers are there on each production line?
Currently there are 10 production lines, each with about 20 workers. We continue to improve the factory buildings and production lines according to market conditions.
Where is your main market?
We aim at producing high performance products at affordable price. Our main customers come from South America, Southeast Asia, Africa and Europe.
What payments do you accept?
We’re always working to get your orders on their way to you as quickly as we can. Most orders will be dispatched within 2-4 business days, though there may be some delays around sales and peak periods. You’ll get a notification when your order has started its journey.
Can I customize the product?
Of course, we are a professional OEM, ODM manufacturer and can easily customize it according to your personal needs.
Delivery Questions
Do you provide free samples?
We provide free samples to old customers. New customers need to pay the sample fee, which will be returned after the customer places the bulk order.
What is your payment method?
For bulk order, we support T/T, Western Union and other payment methods (30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment).
How long does it take for samples to be shipped?
After the sample fee received, we usually send out the sample within 3 days.
If the sample needs to be customized, we need 5 days or more.
What is the shipping method for samples? how long?
We always choose the most affordable and safe transportation method based on your needs. Depending on the country, the general shipping time for international express delivery is 3 to 10 days.
Product Warranty
How long is your warranty period?
12 months. During the warranty period, accessories will be replaced free of charge (damage caused by non-human factors). After the warranty period, we will charge the cost of accessories and provide lifetime free consulting services for all products.
Damaged or faulty items
Did your product arrive with some damage or scratch? Sometimes this happens, since the product travels a long way to you and the parcel must be handled by different couriers. In this case, please contact us and we will find out the solution.
Missing accessories, incomplete orders
Please just contact us and we’ll look into it and send replacement by courier.
